2. Customer's right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 1829 of the Civil Code, the customer has the right to revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

3. Return conditions
Returned goods must be returned undamaged, clean and, if possible, in the original packaging.

The customer has the right to unpack and test the goods after delivery to determine their properties and functionality.

The goods must not show any signs of excessive wear or use.

If the goods are damaged or defective during transport, you must inform us immediately – this does not affect your right to make a complaint.

4. Returning the goods

We recommend that you include a copy of the invoice or order number.

5. Costs for returning the goods
The costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

If the goods are defective or have been shipped incorrectly, the seller will pay the shipping costs.

6. Costs for receiving the goods
We do not charge any fees for receiving and inspecting returned goods.

7. Exchange of goods
Exchanging for another product or size is possible after prior agreement and provided that the returned goods meet the above conditions (undamaged, unused or reasonably tested).

8. Refund
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

The money will be transferred to the same account from which the original payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
