    Your request will be processed within 2 working days (48 hours); this period may be extended by weekends and public holidays applicable in the Czech Republic.


Right of withdrawal (termination of the purchase agreement)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or component in the case of an order containing multiple goods or partial deliveries).

  2. Where can you exercise your right?
    If you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement, let us know through your user account.
    You can also reach us by email at info@pelek.nl or by telephone at +420 774 242 766.
    Withdrawal may be made by any unequivocal means (e.g. email).
    You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

  3. Return address.
    A return label is normally available in your user account at pelek.nl.
    If no label was provided, please send the goods to:

    Please contact us in advance at info@pelek.nl or +420 774 242 766 to register your return and coordinate the further procedure.

  4. Timely withdrawal.
    To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the agreement?
    In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse you without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

  2. Refund.
    We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
    No fees will be charged for the refund.
    We may postpone the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

  3. Obligation to return the goods.
    You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
    The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

  4. Return shipping costs.
    The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
    If the value of the returned product is higher than 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (from 40.01 EUR), we will cover the return costs.
    If the nature of the product makes ordinary postal shipment impossible, you must bear the costs yourself.

  5. Decrease in the value of the product.
    In the event of withdrawal, you are liable for any decrease in value of the returned goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
    If you return damaged or incomplete goods, we reserve the right to compensation equal to the decrease in value, which we deduct from the purchase price to be refunded.
    We assess each case individually and inform you by email.

  6. Situations in which withdrawal is not possible.
    These cases are described in Article 3.6 of the general terms and conditions.
