PID temperature controller for panel mounting, measurement range -100°C ... +1750°C, resolution / step 0.1ºC (manufactured in Turkey, TENSE)

Control and monitoring of thermal processes of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, building automation, industrial equipment.

The temperature controller is implemented with on/off or PID control. The controller offers self-optimization to prevent process overshoot.

  • Automatic tuning of PID parameters

  • Sensor type: T/C (J,K,T,S,R), Pt100
  • Selectable control type: P, PI, PD, PID or ON/OFF.

  • Automatic removal of 'overshoot' in PID mode

  • Anti-windup

  • ON delay for OUT in cooling mode

  • EEPROM memory for storing settings

  • Relay OFF and ALARM (NO+NC) outputs 250 VAC, 2A (ALARM ON only on DT-48Y)

The measurement range depends on the sensor and can be set with the buttons on the temperature controller.

The display of the temperature controller is a high-contrast display that can only be read accurately under less favorable conditions. In addition to the control output, the temperature controller has an extra alarm relay that activates a voltage-free contact if the value is exceeded or not reached.

Don't forget to order our temperature sensors - type J Fe-Const thermocouples (6/8 metric) with a temperature measurement range of -100 °C - +600 °C. Available with cable lengths of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m, 4 m, and 5 m.
