The relay for controlling the water level in the boiler is installed in two condenser water heating systems (steam generators) with a control to turn off the electric heating if there is no water in the tank.

Wiring diagram of the relay for controlling the water level in the heater

Make the wiring according to the diagram

Com Elect - base electrode (not included).

Tank Elect - electrode for checking the liquid level in the well (not included in the kit).

Boiler Elect - electrode for checking the liquid level in the boiler - tank (not included in the kit).

Res Elect - electrode for checking the liquid level to switch on the liquid heater (not included in the set).

Res. Out - output for connecting the liquid heater

Water Not - output for connecting signal lamp (heater on/off)

Connect (Com Elect) to the TANK body and to the boiler (tank, container) - BOILER. If the tank is not wired, connect (Com Elect) to the liquid level control electrode.

The water level in the tank (TANK) drops - as long as the water level is not lower than the liquid level sensor (Tank Elect), the pump is switched on and the green "motor running" light turns on. If the water level falls below this sensor (Tank Elect), the motor stops running and the "motor running" indicator goes off.

The water level in the boiler, tank, container (Boiler) rises - when the tank is filled up to the level electrode (Boiler Elect), the pump switches off (the green "pump operation" indicator stops lighting) and stops pumping water.

Water level in the boiler (tank, container) drops - if the water level falls below the liquid level sensor (Boiler Elect), a 10-second delay for starting the pump is activated. After the set time expires, the pump motor starts (the "motor running" indicator lights up) by pumping water to the sensor level (Boiler Elect).

A level electrode is also installed in the boiler to control the electric heating of the liquid (Res Elect). When the water rises to the level of the sensor (Res Elect), the light goes out and the boiler is activated. When the water drops below the level of the sensor (Res Elect), the heating element turns off and the indicator light comes on. By using the electrode to measure the water level in the heating element, it prevents the electric heating in the tank boiler from being activated when there is no water, and the indicator light lets you know if the heating element is working. The indicator light can serve as a water level indicator (below-above the Res Elect electrode). This option prevents the heating element from failing (it does not work without liquid - runs idle) and saves you money.

Electrodes (liquid level sensors) are not included.

Make sure to order water level sensors and a 2-amp circuit breaker to protect the inlet and outlet channels of this unit (3 pieces).
